Muscle memory is key for a great swing, don’t be afraid to come train over the winter. Can also be a fun activity to do with friends.
SYNTHETIC ICE
Skate and shoot
For hockey and ringette players, this ice surface gives a spot for skating and shooting without paying a hefty price to rent an ice surface. Synthetic ice is the only way to train that mimics real ice. It has a little more friction than regular ice making you work harder and aiding in building endurance. Skating on the ice will strengthen your skating skills. Come skate or even just shoot with no skates to get that real feel of the ice.

We understand that all children are different and learn at their own pace. Working one on one with your child allows them to fully understand what works for them. By breaking down the movements into different drills we can see what we need to fix going forward.
